Dear Narayan, Wish you a very happy birthday. You are the icon of change management. We have seen how you belonged to the masses but transformed yourself from 8th grade & reached a peak in the 10th grade. There were a couple of change agents. The first was Sanskrit as the third language, introduced in 8th grade & another was our Chakrapani sir who generated interest in your mind for Mathematics. In 8th you started your jet engine & scored very well in Sanskrit. In 9th you improved overall performance led by Mathematics & in 10th grade you secure the first rank in the entire school of brilliant students. You became popular with your elegance & affectionate nature. Your supportive nature attracted many friends. Your friend circle expanded beyond the horizons of academics & even average performers like me became your buddies. You became affable with your handsome looks, colored eyes & a billion-dollar smile. Narayan, when I look back, I get amazed by your level of maturity at that tender age. You understood your role in the family well & opted for Diploma. Supporting the family financially was your goal & you gave-up your dream of getting into Engineer college post 12th grade. But by God's grace & your efforts, you proved your mettle to become a senior-most business executive without crutches of engineering degree. You demonstrated to the world that talent & hard work clubbed with aspirations can over-power any education in the world. But you continued your education & never allowed it to get it disrupted by academics. You are distinguished as a trendsetter. Today, while advising students I use your example to inspire them. You knew you were just bones & flesh but you wanted to know what you could do in this world. The best part is, you did it. Much bigger than your dream & left your footprints to follow. Your cosmopolitan DNA took you beyond the borders of our state & culture. You always belonged to us but took high flights all over. I am sure your 'Ajat Shatru' personality helped you in your corporate career. A leader gets to that pedestal through acceptance of the team & you must be the first choice of your team. Many more things to write about you. You are a truly self-made child, man & a professional. I can see your objective, comprehensive approach, span & depth of your thoughts in your writings. God blessed you with many things. Your better-half, daughter & company are the assets that shine on you like diamond jewelry. May God give you a very happy, long, healthy & wealthy life.
